Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been busy preparing for her film ‘Emergency’ for some time now, in which Kangana is playing the character of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Now the first look of this film has also been revealed, in which Kangana is seen in the avatar of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and this first glimpse of her looks very strong.
As the name of the film suggests, it will be based on the incident of declaration of Emergency in India and Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister of the country at that time.
In the year 1975, the country’s first woman Prime Minister Indira Gandhi announced the imposition of Emergency, after which Emergency was imposed in the country for 21 months from 1975 to 1977.
Film experts also believe that the film will also mention Operation Blue Star, a big and important decision of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Kangana has worked hard to look like former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in ‘Emergency’, the credit for creating her look goes to Oscar winning makeup artist David Malinowski, David has won many prestigious awards including Oscar for his makeup.
Kangana Ranaut has shared the teaser of ‘Emergency’ on Instagram, in which Kangana is seen in the avatar of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. In this video, Kangana is seen wearing glasses and cotton sari in Indira Gandhi’s outfit.
