Abnormal dinosaur egg in India’s Madhya Pradesh

Researchers of Delhi University (DU) have found a strange egg of dinosaur in Dinosaur Fossil National Park in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh.

Researchers say that such a discovery has been made for the first time in the world, in fact there is an egg inside this egg too.

Experts found a total of 10 eggs here, out of which one egg is also inside the egg, this rare egg has two circular shells and the distance between the two shells, the diameter of this egg is 16.6 cm.

This has happened for the first time in history because till now only dinosaur egg has been found, but this time egg has been found inside the egg.

This is perhaps the first time in fossil history that such a discovery has been made, a “rare and significant finding” in the egg, according to a statement from the researchers.

Prior to this discovery, fossilized eggs had never been found in eggs for dinosaurs or other reptiles such as turtles, lizards and crocodiles.

The Upper Cretaceous Lamata Formation of central India has long been known for dinosaur fossil finds (both skeleton and egg remains), while exploring the village of Padalia near the city of Bagh, researchers documented a large number of titanosaurid sauropod nests.

Researchers will conclude whether titanosaurid dinosaurs had a reproductive science similar to turtles and lizards or were more closely related to their closest cousins, species of birds and crocodiles.
